Refund Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with the products supplied. However, should any item disappoint you in any way, simply email us at makingcardsshop@magmaker.co.uk , call on +44 (0) 1480 496130 or write to us at the address below within 21 days of receipt to arrange for a refund less any shipping charges or exchange.

Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your post office for a proof of posting (free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
